As a Legal Junior Consultant you are required to:
- Prepare drafts of Power of Attorney and Statement Letters for the establishment of Foreign Investment Company (PMA) and/or Domestic Investment Company (PMDN).
- Prepare drafts of Circular Resolutions of General Meeting of Shareholders, both annual and extraordinary according to the data and information submitted by our clients.
- Review drafts of Deeds of establishment or Deeds of Amendment according to data along with the purpose and objective conveyed by our clients.
- Ensure that the client’s legal documentation is correct in accordance with the data along with the purpose and objective submitted by our clients.
- Prepare drafts of additional agreements, like lease agreements, warning letters, employment contracts, etc. that could support the client’s company operational transaction and other agreement according to the request of our clients.
- Process all licenses required in the establishment and amendment of the articles of association of the client’s company in accordance with the line of business that has been determined by the client including but not limited to submitting licensing to Online Single Submission (OSS) system and related agencies according to prevailing regulations.
- Coordinate with Tax department to process new Taxpayer Registration Number (NPWP) for PMA or PMDN and coordinating with AOS / Payroll department for the registration process for BPJS Employment and BPJS Health.
- Coordinate with third parties, including but not limited to Notaries related to the establishment and amendment of data and / or articles of association related to our clients.
- Carry out documentation and filing of all legal documentation related to our client’s business.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree of law (SH) from reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year working experience, fresh graduate is allowed.
- Certificate of Special Education for Advocate Profession (PKPA) from PERADI is a plus.

- Report and answers to AOS Senior.

- Handle the client’s monthly tax compliance work.
- Prepare the yearly CIT / PIT returns of our clients.
- Assist on tax reviews, audits, etc., as required by the tax seniors or managers.
- Identify possible financial or tax risks for our clients.
- Update our clients on new tax regulations applicable to our clients’ fields of business.
- Communicate closely and directly with the AOS department for data collection related to tax compliance work.
- Communicate directly with our clients’ PICs related to the tax compliance work.
- Work closely with our tax seniors and managers for approval of any important decisions related to our clients’ tax issues.
- Process the registration of our clients’ NPWP, as well as EFIN (company or individual).
- Handle any administration requirements related to the Dispenda or any other government offices in relation with tax assignments.

As an Internal Accounting Department – Accounts Receivable Division (AR), you are required to:
- Daily update payments to income vouchers and Xero.
- Download AR data from Xero and cross check with AOS Team & Legal Team.
- Regularly send reminder to clients.
- Monthly invoicing.
- Receive all tax invoice from AP Division, and send to the clients who have made payments.
- Scan new proposal, upload to SharePoint, and update new client list.
As an Internal Accounting Department – Accounts Payable Division (AP), you are required to:
- Prepare payments of company’s operational expenses, BPJS and tax of clients.
- Daily update of bank vouchers.
- Reconcile the company’s bank statements daily.
- Monthly input of tax invoices on Efaktur.
- Monthly submit of tax reports (PPh 23/26, PPN).
- Monitor PPh 23 on SAS’ fees monthly.
- Monthly report of the company’s Balance Sheet details.
- Assist Auditor for the company’s yearly financial audit.
As an Internal Accounting Department – Data Entry Division (DE), your job will be to:
- Prepare petty cash report weekly.
- Draft billing of bank vouchers in Xero.
Requirements:

- Provide legal consultation internally upon requests.

- Oversee & support AOS Juniors on reconciling accounts whether in Excel, Xero or similar Accounting Systems.
- Prepare Financial Statements and Qualitative Analysis for our clients.
- Build an inclusive and supportive environment for the AOS Junior to accommodate their productivity.
- Train and supervise the AOS Juniors.
- Report and answer to AOS Managers.
